I’m going to have a little rant. Never mind green flag this is a red flag to a bull ! Okay I lost my car key two months ago and then my insurance company sends around green flag to cut in the programme a new key, he cannot do it for some reason. So they end up picking my car up on a low loader and taken it to the dealer. The dealer keeps my car 6 days because they can’t get the replacement key for some resone! In the meantime find my old key take it to the dealer and it has to be reprogrammed because the initial green flag man un successful had changed the settings. I’ve then got my old key back but today it fell apart in my pocket because there is a weakness on the case after the dealer and the messing about with it. So stranded 10 miles from home awaiting almost 2 hours for the green flag to turn up to tell me they cannot take my car tow my car away becouse it is too heavy, after knowing the make and model of course! I then had to wait while my brother came to pick me up sat in a cold car. Absolute crap service.. So tomorrow who knows what’s going to happen to get a green flag just didn’t need to did my insurance company on the telephone. I probably will have to go back to my car’s location 10 miles from home to meet another low loader which will take it back to the main dealer. Who knows how long it’s going to take to get the new key programme this time from the main dealer. If I’m not covered I’m just going to have to hire a car at my own expense Which isn’t great when you’ve paid for insurance key cover in the first place.
