One of the secrets I learned at an early age was the success was always built with multiple streams of income. The super wealthy have constant ripples and rivers of at least six avenues of wealth; each building and growing simultaneously. If there is a sudden damn or blockage of the river; such as a downturn in real estate or stock market; the other sources continue to fill the tub of abundance.
