I’m very much taken aback that there is a clique of Kenyans who are still in the 20th century and hold to this belief that: without Mr. President around the Country could suffer hunger, insecurity &subsequent death. I have learnt that Inimicus Githu, inimicus Dwale, Amicus Amina, amicus Kithure and a few other amices &inimices are of that number. I am not sure of where Amicus Lenku stands, on this. But someone should tell these men that: with the New Constitution there are these things called Institutions, which operate independently with authority and do not necessarily need Mr. President to be around to perform their functions in an orderly or disorderly manner. Let them be reminded that the Westgate Mall tragedy happened when Mr. President was fully around, but he could merely do only so much to free us from the terror unleashed by 5 criminals over a period of 5 days! Someone should help this caliber of Kenyans wake up to the already dawned reality that: these are not the days of ‘Rais Mama, Rais Baba, Rais Yaya wa Taifa’. Hmmm hmmm..No! These are no times for ‘President Father, Mother, & Caretaker of the Nation’. Times have changed! Now there is this greedy group of selfish tyrants who have branded themselves the title AU. They do not speak for Africa but champion their own interests. It is made largely of a conglomeration of power hungry monarchs who are wanted for several crimes against humanity: and who would barbarically shed blood and sacrifice lives to evade justice. When Kenya was burning and bleeding in 2007/2008 they were nowhere near, but instead stood from a distance watching &whistling in bewilderment. One Amina Abdalla Mohamed, now, is of the opinion that Kenya should pledge more allegiance to this team than to those who mediated a truce back then. God help us from the utterances of this woman... As it is, the Deputy President has set a courageous and humble example so far by attending to his ‘personal issues’ at the Hague. The President has no choice but to rise above that stake set by his junior, so he will Have To go to the Hague and attend to his ‘personal issues’. If not, Kenyans too will have no choice but to be forced to come out in their millions and march Mr. President to go and face Justice; so as to prove his innocence. We know it was a pledge he made and we’ll help him fulfill it. ….meanwhile, yester night, I dreamt that UK left me in charge while boarding a plane to Holland…hahaha…should he try to do that even just for 1 week, some people mentioned above would see a ‘very long day’. Tafakari hayo…
