THE CHURCHS RESPONSIBILITY. It is sad to see our generation searching for meaning and yet ignoring the principles and values our creator (God) has given us in order to find that meaning. The values, given to all people through the Bible, are the greatest values humanity has ever received. They are the outright gracious gift of God. Men and women who reject these values are like modern-day Esau who sell their birthright for some lentil stew (Genesis 25:34). These are the values that the Church stands for and which hold the world together making life meaningful. If the Church does not make them known and demonstrate them to the world, there is little hope for the world.
