I’m writing to let you know I have joined the Capac Kids Matter Committee in supporting the Capac Schools bond issue proposal that’s on the local ballot Tuesday, August 6. This proposal will finance 56 improvements, including leaking roofs, better security, and more technology in our three schools. BUT IT WILL NOT RAISE TAXES ONE CENT. Most of all, you may need to know that Monday, July 8 is the last day to register to cast a vote Tuesday, Aug. 6. Want to join me in helping pass the proposal? If so, send this message to 10 other school district residents who you think support it, and ask them to do the same. If you have questions, call me. The district also has a Hotline at 395-3700.“
