Ask the over 30 highly discipline front line experts@this page they would tell the same answer.Obviously in my eyes this situation happens for two reasons. 1.Their so call management which often happen in bolehland recruits any tom,dick & harry just for reaping profits and not fully conductiong proper training on effective sales skills. 2.This so call staffs truly believe that their bosses are paying their salary which in fact customers are the ones paying your bloody salaries. Law Vanessa In Mid Valley Aeons molly fantasy arcade. We really feel offended by your actions. My friend just requested back for her token that she used on a spoilt machine. But the workers(three or four)was being very rude to her. I remembered one of them saying “You want the token then go buy it yourself” and she rolled her darn eyes. Its not even her fault why must she buy another token, its the machines problem. They insist of not returning the token but they let her play a game for free and she agreed. After a while, this two workers started to stalk us around the arcade. Like everywhere we go they followed us very closed and called us a loser. They got our nerves so she decided to capture her photo and complain to the management. But she pointed middle finger to us. Then when we asked her colleagues for her name, her colleagues was like “You can interview her ” and started laughing. Whats so funny When we showed her the picture of her pointing middle finger, she quickly covered her name. Like please, picture of your face is more important than your damn shit name. Lol, were paying to play and youre the one that needs the pay. Who is the loser? What a disgrace to Aeon. I dont hate Aeon or the arcade, I just hate these few workers there
