#J10 #Solidarity #BlackTriangle Campaign #Statement: THE #FACT that the #ToryVermin Head #RAT #Cameron feels confident that he is on strong ground proposing a manifesto commitment to ban the #HumanRight of public sector workers tells us a couple of things worth mentioning today. Firstly, that they believe that theyve got the propaganda war on the poor and low-paid won. They believe that ordinary people have bought into their false narratives on the economy and the abysmal state of the employment market hook, line and sinker. It shows just how out of touch they are. Theyre practically in orbit. Most people see the people providing services to our loved ones - whether teachers to our children, care workers supporting our grandparents and elderly; or those providing allied medical and emergency services - as the salt of the earth and the very backbone of our society. We value the work that they do for others and we value them as human beings. They are our friends, neighbours and colleagues. Conversely, on a daily basis we witness the self-serving, money-grubbing greed of the 1% whom all three Westminster parties serve in truth and in practice. We see them a award themselves massive pay rises and huge bonuses. We see them close ranks and cover-up for each others heinous crimes like a secret Triad society. Only a complete imbecile would take anything that any of the say at face value. They are in it to win it for themselves and in their interests NOT the interests of ordinary folk, OUR communities OUR society or OUR nations. This brings me to my second point. The Labour Party do not support todays strike. They are a party of scabs who are complicit with the ConDem parasites in the wholesale dismantling of our public services and our welfare state. If we had an opposition that actually represented the poor and low-paid - exploited to within an inch of the local foodbank - the Head Rat Cameron wouldnt be nearly proud arrogant and boastful in promising his fascist diktat about abolishing the right to strike altogether! It is an old proverb popularised by Archbishop Desmond Tutu that: Those who remain neutral in the face of injustice have chosen the side of the oppressor. THIS is the TRUE position of Ed Milibands misnamed #Labour Party today. We urge all comrades to join leftunity.org and refuse any affiliation to a Labour Party that is the enemy of the working class, poor people whether in or out of work, our young people and sick/disabled people. In Scotland we call upon all people who care for social and economic justice and who yearn for a Tory-Free Future for themselves and their families and our nation to deliver a thundering #YES vote to independence on September 18th.
