One thing I advise to Ministers who are finding difficulty and uncertainty in Ministry, Sometimes you try your best But things dont work well.. You are Not Sure about Your Direction in Ministry, You Dont know what Tomorrow holds.. You dont know how to accomplish Gods Calling and Ministry in your life to a higher Level.. You are Not Sure of What to do to Build Your Vision.. This can Happen to anyone no matter how anointed the person is... There is a difference between Spiritual Gifts and the Ability to have a Complete Admin and Ministry Structure With a Concrete Compiled Vision.. In Ministry Your Success doesnt only depend on Your Gift But mostly on Your Vision and Ministry Structure.. This is what Builds an Everlasting Empire and Direction of Your life.. If You Lack the Grace on these... I Advice You to Go and Submit Yourself to a Men of God who has this grace, or whos ministry you admire for your life... Even though Spiritual Fathering is not Compulsory like the way is expressed these days.. But Still Your Spiritual Father Helps You to Build Your life in Ministry.. Some people Struggle in ministry Bcz of Lack of mentorship.. Mentorship is very important to Build your life and Direct your life.. In Many cases You need to Submit to Someone who cab Show you what to do according to your gift and Support you and see you Growing.. This is very Important. Bcz Not all of US are Given the Same Measure of Grace.. Dont try to be Independent bcz You dont want to be Controlled or You dont want to Submit to anyone.. You will Struggle for the rest of your life with a powerful gift in you.. Someone said Fathers they give you Feathers.. Surely this is true.. Be under Guidance and Tutorship this Will help your Prosperity in Ministry so Much.. It is Very difficult for you to Build Your Ministry Structure Without the Experience of Serving anyone.. You need to have a men of God, or a Church that You can account on how you Served it.. A Ministry administration Need a Person with a Serving experience, Have You ever Been an Usher?, Worshiper?, Cell Leader?, a Church Leader?.. Of Serve in Church department?.. These things are very important experiences to those who want to be Well Structured in Ministry.. Though Our Level of Grace in Not the Same But this Above take Note to it.. You May not be needing any anointing But Just a Spiritual Father.
