JADA athletes and Ciufette brothers Massimo, 13 (Hockey) and Luca, 10 (Football) excelled throughout the program showing great improvements in every athletic quality tested and observed. Massimo Ciufette - Increased his horizontal jump by 29cm - Increased his vertical jump by 6cm - Adding 4 push ups to his max push up score to reach 14 - Increasing his aerobic power and VO2 max as he increased his IFT 30-15 score from 14 km/h to 15 km/h - With his biggest improvement showing in his 20m sprint time taking off .5s Sensational effort Mas, amazing results put up by our inaugural Hockey athlete. Luca Ciufette - Increased his horizontal jump by 20cm - Achieved a score of 17 km/h for his IFT 30-15 which is at the elite end for his age. - Took off .36s in his 20m sprint time - The biggest achievement was a huge 31 push ups from our youngest and smallest athlete!! An increase of +21 from pre-testing. Congratulations Luca!
