I personally think it has something to do with leveling your sugar levels, but the company makes NO claims, thats just MY OWN OBSERVATION and CONCLUSION..it would make sense that if your sugar levels are what they should be, there are no sugar cravings, need for comfort eating, or even thinking of food until youre actually hungry. * * SIDE EFFECTS * * The only real side effect with Jadera is that it will give you a dry mouth feeling, but drinking plenty of water all during the day will eliminate that feeling. SECONDLY, while Jadera is safe for most, it is not recommended for those with high blood pressure or heart, liver, or kidney issues.For those that are on medications, Jadera could interact with some meds, so it is advised if taking meds for depression or issues other than ones mentioned, to talk with your Dr, pharmacist, or nutritionist, and just monitor those things when taking jadera. * * TWO FORMULAS * * ONE MAJOR DIFFERENCE: While one might think the Plus formula must be better and must work faster than the Regular because it is called Plus or becaseu the Plus formula is stronger with 15% higher percentage value of the same ingredients, that simply IS NOT the case...It DOES NOT work better or faster than the regular by any means!!!! Uncertain as to why, but each formula works totally different than the other. If your weight loss goal is only 30-50 lbs, the Plus will NOT be as effective for you as the regular. While the regular formula was originally created for those who have LESS THAN 50 lbs to loose, and has been very successful with many of my clients, I am finding recently that the Regular formula is ALSO just as effective for those with 50-75 lbs to loose. I am now convinced that the regular works much better and faster than the Plus. The Plus formula would, however, be ideal for those who have a high resistance / immune system... ...Ashley, alnog with several other clients whos weight loss goal was more than 50 lbs, has been seeing just incredible and rapid weight loss results with the Regular.
