“JAI KASHYAP BHOOMI” KASHMIRI PANDIT CONFERENCE KPC “COMMUNICATION FROM KUNDAN KASHMIRI TO OMAR ABDULLAH” “KPC ready for nation wide debate on imposition of Article 370 in the state J&K, revocation of APSPA, rehabilitation of PAK trained militants in the Valley, gross human right violations and discrimination with Kashmiri Pandit Community.” In his communication to J&K state Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, Kundan Kashmiri stated that KPC is ready for nation wide debate on Article 370, as special status of J&K state has done much harm to the people of the state in general and Kashmiri pundits in particular. This article was also responsible for the mass exodus of Kashmiri Pandit from the Valley. He said that time is ripe for abrogation of Article 370 to save the state from further loss and was also basic cause of the backwardness of the people. KPC President further communicated to Omar Abdullah that on the basis of facts, KPC is also ready to debate and discuss about the wrong policies of National Conference in respect revocation of APSPA from the J&K state, rehabilitation policy for POK trained militants as well as for double standard and discriminating policies of NC government against the Kashmiri Pandit Community presently in exile from the last 25 years. He further wrote to Omar Abdullah that discriminatory policies against Kashmiri Pandits would prove counter productive for the National Conference on whole and Abdullah dynastic rule in particular.
