Experience: At least 3+years in Real Estate Gender: Male/female Industry: Real Estate Job Description: Role requires for a Regional Sales Manager to look after our B2B relationships with Top Corporate in Real Estate Industry. - Would be managing corporate relationships, interactions with marketing teams & C-level executives at Top Corporate Land Developers and Builders. - Experience preferred with Real Estate Industry (not compulsory) - Will be responsible for engaging top Land developers and Builder organization forging relationships for housing platform - Working with client to identify opportunities for improvements and implementing innovative solutions. - Should be inclined & understand Marketing concepts, Digital Media, creatives, target audience etc. - Create a Strong business pipeline & forecast business accurately. - Report the daily/weekly/ monthly metrics to the National Sales Head. - Responsible for articulation of Housing platform & creating leadership position in the market. - Quick Ramp-up for performers with opportunity to grow to team leader role as we expand quickly. - Role will require candidate to travel within city & across country as per client requirement. Identify research and develop clients from smaller companies (based on annual revenue and staff) as potential clients for negotiated rate contracts. Negotiate rates and other clients bookings based on client usage/history, time of year and to keep Hotel in the top rankings of the comp set. Arrange and conduct site visits/tours as required. Maintain all phone and e-mail contacts, ensuring return of all calls and e-mails. Maintain all calls, tentative bookings, definite bookings and other relevant data in the hotel sales software. Roles & Duties: Produces marketing analysis reports for customer research, current market conditions and competitor information in order to determine real estate market requirements for existing and future products. Develops and coordinates marketing plans and strategies for the organization; monitors, reviews and reports on all marketing activities, results and staff performance. Determines and manages the marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are delivered within defined budgets; assists in the development of pricing strategies and coordinates financial and budgeting activities to maximize operational efficiency. Manages company wide and property-specific public relations and community service opportunities.
