JEALOUS LOVER? This was from my recent counsel to one of my readers that called in. ...: pastor please my girl is cheating on me, she is seeing two other guys, when i confronted her about it she didn’t deny but only said she is not serious with them. I’m a jealous lover; i don’t want to share my girl with other guys. Me: what plans to you have for her? ...: i love her so much and she knows and tells me same except for this recent development. Recently i saw her chat history with one of the guys and she was like telling the guy she is available for marriage if the guy so want her. Pastor that chat got me terribly disturbed. Me: have you told her your intentions to get married to her and taken her home to show your parents as your would-be-wife? ...: no, but she knows I want to marry her. Me: if you’ve not told her as you’ve said, how would she know you intend marrying her? Well, you don’t have the right to tie a girl to yourself if you’ve not proposed and show her your intents of marrying her and her obliging you. When you’ve not proposed to a girl don’t demand she won’t see other guys too, when she does see other guys don’t let it get to you, rather let it spur you into proposing and marrying her if you intend marrying her and if you don’t intend, encourage her relationship with whoever is coming to marry her and do not fight it or are you a wizard? You don’t want to marry and don’t want another to marry her. But if you’ve proposed and she accepts and yet sees other guys then you have to quietly quit. Hey girls, don’t say no to other guys because of a guy that’s in your life but hasn’t proposed or show any intent of proposing.
