Issue payment vouchers and cheques. Manage petty cash and update cash book. Manage Trade Debtors/Creditors Aging Report. Manage data entries for all invoice and cheques. Handle general office administrative duties. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences. Maintain an efficient and systematic filing system. To undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned. Job Location: Batulicin, South Kalimantan Qualifications: Male/ Female, Max age 35 years old Minimum Degree from related field Minimum 2 years experience Able to work under tight schedules under fast-paced environment.
