JO-ANNE has lost 33 pounds on our plan so far! She started with us on April 7th and during that time completed 2 of our 6 week plans as well as had a little break! On top of her weight loss she has lost many many inches on the tape measure too, and to me looks like she has lost much more than 2 stone! She is a different person to look at and her fitness and ability have drastically improved. THIS COULD BE YOU TOO! Everything Jo has done over this time is manageable by anyone. She attends two gym sessions per week under the supervision of a trainer, and attends one Zumba and one Piloxing class each week. (Classes were chosen by Jo, there are other options too!) She follows a healthy eating plan that doesnt involve counting calories or weighing food. There are no expensive ingredients or special requirements.
