JOB ALERT: We are looking for a Python developer for an opportunity in Annapolis, MD. In this position, you will participate in web application development, aircraft messaging, flight planning and mapping, and object-oriented programming (OOP) using open-source software as much as possible; support Agile development which incorporates automated testing during development cycle; interact with onsite customers for requirements and implementation. Required experience: 1-2 years of experience with Python web development, 1-2 years of object-oriented software design and development, experience with one or more of the following: (listed in order of preference): Rapid Development, Unix/Linux, SQL (Oracle, PostgreSql, MySql), Java, Javascript, or CSS, Web 2.0, AJAX, jQuerry, node.js, Angular.js, and Bootstrap, Frameworks such as; REST, Webservices, SOAP, and XMLRPC, and strong Object-Oriented programming skills.
