JOB SUMMARY: Coordinates assigned Inspection activities for a project as required by the Inspection Manager. WORK PERFORMED: Serve as the focal point for all Inspection related matters within assigned projects or business units, deferring to the Inspection Manager or Senior Technical Inspection Coordinator for needed technical support. Prepare Inspection assignments and packages for Inspection personnel. Coordinate Inspection activities between the Company, Supplier and Inspection personnel (both Company and Contract Inspection personnel). Facilitate Inspection Manager review / approval process for Supplier Quality Control Plans (QCP). Ensure timely submittal of Inspection Reports (IRT) from assigned Inspection personnel. Review and approve Inspection Reports for compliance to scope of Inspection; file and distribute to designated Project Team members. Prepare and issue overall Inspection Status Report (for each purchase order) per Project defined periodic basis. Maintain Project Non-conformance Report (NCR) Register. Oversee and maintain Inspection Man-hour Budgets developed by Inspection Manager or Senior Technical Inspection Coordinator. Monitor and report the Project Inspection Budget status to Inspection Manager and the Project. REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma ADMINISTRATIVE INSPECTION COORDINATOR Certifications: None required, however, documented classroom training in Inspection and Quality Control related activities is preferred. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills (English language). Computer literate / familiar with database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software. Detail oriented with a high level of organizational skills. Previous Experience: 3 years experience within the Quality Discipline with associated Inspection and Quality Control activities preferred. Manufacturing, Fabrication, Construction, or EPCI Firm work history in support of the Aerospace, Nuclear, Petrochem, or Oil & Gas Industries preferred.
