[JOB ANNOUNCEMENT] - We are looking for an Internal Communication Executive who has an eye for detail and enjoys running internal events/ communication in the Company. This job holder will be required to perform creative ideas, active actions to build up a corporate culture where to bring all staff close together with What will you gain? • Dynamic, professional and fun environment • Practical experience • Gain valuable working experience • Enhance employability skills Job Requirements: - Actively in organizing staff events, internal training activities & internal communication activities, including internal newspapers, internal voice, teambuilding, town hall… - Work with L&D manager to agree upon objectives and outcomes for each event/ internal communication campaigns - Actively contribute ideas to organize events and launch internal communication campaign such as concepts, video clips, e-materials making, team building games creating… - Produce detailed proposals for events (e.g. event scripts, timelines, venues, suppliers, budgets) - Organize, executive and deliver of events on time and ensure that the style of event meets the objectives - Participate in Corporates Responsibility activities Based on the Street to School program from Aviva Group - Co-ordinate volunteer activities and events, drumming up support and persuading employee participation - Manage efficiently within approved budget Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management Skill required: • English communications fluency • Excellent communication skill • Excellent organizational skill • Detailed oriented • Well organized and meticulous. • Work well under pressure • Excellent observation and analytical skills Experience: • Possess 1-2 years working experience. • Preferably with experience in PR & events planning.
