Job Descriptions • Experience in Planning, Operations & Execution and maintenance of retail stores in the region • Setting up and managing diverse retail store operations • Leading, guiding and directing team of 200-300 employees. • Responsible for overall profitability of store operations & accountable for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives. • Designing and executing systems and processes for enhanced monitoring and control of resources and improved operational efficiency. • Store remodelling, customer service, sales activities, contractor functions establishing strategy and direction, creating and managing successful teams. • Job also involves liasoning with various Drug Authorities. • Imparting continuous on job training to the workforce for enhancing their productivity & operational efficiencies through knowledge enhancement / skill building. • Handle the grievances of the employees and timely resolutions of same • Forecasting monthly / annual sales targets & driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the frontline sales team to achieve them and Strategizing long term business directions to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives. • Review and analyze stock and sales reports • Leading, mentoring & motivating the performance of team members to ensure sales target achievement and Ensuring implementation of excellent customer satisfaction initiatives • Ensure cost control especially with respect to pilferage of goods & other store operating expenses • Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional strategies such as sales schemes, campaigns, promotion & demonstration programs as a part of brand building and market development effort. • Formulating strategies & reaching out to the unexplored market segments through feedback from the concerned tores, by providing a systematic network planning, customer requirement analysis.
