Donegal Town is about 5 km distance from the Hotel. Purpose of Role: Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking and delivery of any food and/or beverage items. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction. Skills Requirements Food handling certificate. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding. Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to understand guests service needs. Ability to access and input information into POS system. Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when preparing drinks and providing service to multiple guests. Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
