Apply by following the instructions here: GigisCupcakesUSA/careers and email the application to: goldenvalleymn@gigiscupcakesusa PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •Responsible for mixing batters, frostings and fillings. •Responsible for closely following recipes and properly using food preparation equipment such as ovens and mixers. •Responsible for baking planning and implemation of plans. •May be responsible for food and supplies ordering. •Responsible for decoration of cupcakes. •Responsible for waste, managing variances. •Responsible for washing dishes and maintaining overall store cleanliness. •Must be well-organized and able to work under stress. •Ability to lift up to 50lbs. •Ability to work independently with little direction or follow-up. •Must be detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task. •Ability to demonstrate supportive relationships with peers, vendors, and upper management. •Must be flexible with a can do attitude and have the ability to remain professional under high pressure situations. •Ability to retain and protect confidential material.
