JOB LEAD: Compensation & Benefits Manager - Naperville, IL A company in Naperville, IL seeks a highly-motivated and innovative candidate to join its Human Resources Team to plan, develop, and manage employee compensation and benefit programs, including health insurance benefits for approximately 4,000 insureds and voluntary benefits for more than 900 employees. The Compensation & Benefits Manager recommends and implements process improvement opportunities for future enhancements to compensation, wellness and benefit plans; and designs, develops and implements compensation, benefit and reward programs that are progressive & innovative, internally equitable & externally competitive, and that attract, motivate and retain workers. At a minimum, the job requirements include: ▪ a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, ▪ a minimum of five years of directly related Compensation and Benefits experience, and ▪ previous (successful) supervisory experience. A related Master’s degree and/or PHR/SPHR and/or CCP/CEBS certification are highly preferred.
