JOB OPENING: Customer Support Specialists Position: Customer Support Specialists Job Description: Coefficients Company Limited is searching for motivated and committed individuals to assist with the customer relationship and data processing of its clients. Responsibilities will include: - Assist customers through sites and product selection optimizing ecommerce orders. No telephone communication will be required. - Understand our company’s website content (cart operation, instructional PDF’s, videos, etc.) and lead visitors to the appropriate information in a timely fashion. Products include standard / stock items as well as custom printed products. - Communicate daily with our US based sales teams to help efficiently quote and follow up on generated chat / sales leads. - Review web page content and communicate any possible changes / suggestions with our team - To assist our custom product customers, experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus, but not necessary. - Other duties may be assigned. Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE . Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university – preferred . Experience in customer service required. . Knowledgeable in the use of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS . Strong communication and interpersonal skills; . Ability to reflect positive attitude and disciplined work ethic; . Ability to successfully work independently; . Understanding of insurance and reimbursement issues desirable; . Sense of urgency; . Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers; .
