Our client is also part of the Consortium that won the bid for the Port Harcourt distribution company (Disco). Due to internal expansion, they have decided to hire a CFO Location: Port Harcourt Main Responsibilities: •Develop and implement a financial strategy for the business •Improve the financial systems and procedures •Deliver the quarterly and annual financial reports •Manage the companys assets and investments •Carry out market and financial analysis and the impact on the business •Produce long-term financial plans •Negotiating and arranging outside financing when necessary •Serve as a key member of the executive management team •Establish credibility with shareholders and advisers •Analyse potential business development areas to assist decision making •General Requirements: In respect of the ideal candidate profile: Education/ Certification •B.Sc/HND with MBA in Accountancy, Finance or related field •ACA, CISA or related certifications necessary. •Additional certifications in taxation, treasury will be an added advantage •IFRS and knowledge of accounting softwares required Experience • 12 + years of Marketing experience in Construction, Oil and Power Industries • Must have reputable professional certification in related function and industry Interested candidates should forward CVs to angel@hamiltonlloydandassociates.
