JOB OPENING Part-time server with cooking ability Job responsibilities include but may not be limited to stocking all raw products in the hot and cold stations, preparation of all menu dishes for breakfast, banquet lunches and dinner. Line cook will be responsible for receipt of food items delivered by suppliers according to the existing policies and procedures as well as food requisitions for main station to F&B manager for re-ordering. Daily cleaning for freezers before and after shifts or when needed, participates in banquet preparation, including weddings, special occasions, and organized functions also may be scheduled to prepare room service orders. Requirements: • Greet and seat guest in a professional, courteous and friendly manner • Ensure correct order taking from the guest(s) • Receive payment for all items served • Properly account for service by following all established bookkeeping policies and procedures • Suggest sell special and/or featured items, thus increasing the average check • Ensure timely and correct delivery or ordered items • Handle all guest complaints immediately • Thank guest upon departure and invite them to return • Perform side-work as assigned • Maintain stations in a clean and orderly fashion • Assist other colleagues when not busy • Attend department meetings whenever scheduled • Prep food for cooking • Cook for breakfast and dinner as needed • GED or high school diploma and 6 months to 1 year applicable experience • Valid Food Handlers/OLCC cards NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE Bring resume and fill out job application at: 14850 Kruse Oaks Blvd., Lake Oswego, OR 97035
