JOB: Relationship Officers ROLE: Reporting to the Senior Relationship Officer, the overall purpose being is to grow the business by recruiting and retaining customers while maximizing returns through cross selling and high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities:- 1. Proactively market and generate business through client recruitment, training, deposit mobilization and disbursement. 2. Undertake regular calls and visits to customers to ensure effective relationship management. 3. Maintain up to date records of all customer visits for all customer segments. 4. Cross sell all the Company’s products and services to both existing and potential clients. 5. Actively take part in business growth initiatives including marketing activities, new business sign ups, new partnerships etc. 6. Prepare credit appraisals and present to the Branch Credit Committee meetings. 7. Address all customer queries within stipulated Service Level Agreements (SLAs). 8. Monitor the portfolio quality on daily basis and proactively institute remedial actions. 9. Maintain sound relationships with clients, partners, and institutions with MOUs including the general public. Role requirements: 1. Business Related Degree 2. At least 2years experience in Sales with exposure to micro lending (a must) 3. Experience in the Banking sector with a bias in microfinance highly desirable 4. Knowledge in marketing and credit management for both individual & group clients 5. Good communication and interpersonal Skills 6. Excellent problem solving and decision making skills. 7.
