JOB TITLE: HVAC PROJECT MANAGER-SHARP DIVISION Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for all MEP (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Electrical) Projects (EPC Contracts). 2.Coordinate the planning, directs the phasing of all operations of the various construction activities, and ensures that suitably qualified personnel are available and taking charge in various parts of the work. 3.Ensure that programme are developed, updated, adhered to, and communicated to every section of the works as required. 4.Lead preparation of tenders and quotation; manages project costing and contract planning; and manages successful execution of contracts. 5.Attend meetings with consultants, clients, client representatives and other contractors and sub-contractors as required. 6.Plan and organize department’s staffing and controlling; manages customer relationship; and spearheads quality assurance and quality control. 7.Plan operational budget and cost effective execution to achieve maximum profit. 8.Ensure mobilization of resources in order to maximize efficiency and sustainability at all levels. 9.Work closely in coordination with Finance Department to ensure efficient fund management and profitability. 10.Manage the maintenance contracts for HVAC Projects. 11.Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System. 12.Manage customer relations and builds strong relationships. 13.Develop, evaluate, and discuss possible solutions to problems/complaints lodged by customers. 14.Design and influence the execution of electro-mechanical services. 15.Ensure suitability of selected equipment, technical submittals, and engineering drawings prepared by the engineering team. 16.Identify trainings for employees under him; provides sufficient trainings to the employees; and upgrades their knowledge to meet project requirements and international standards. 17.Ensure that all technical processes, tasks, and functions are fully adhered to. 18.Ensure that all information regarding technical drawings, mechanical equipment lists, construction equipment lists, technical specifications, construction drawings, and fabrication drawings are in place. Prepare and submit monthly project reports, manpower performance report, financial performance business forecast, and any other report that needs to be submitted to the Management. Education and Experience: Educational Qualification: Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Number of Years of Experience: at least ten (10) years of related experience at the management level Specialized Trainings required (if any): Management related trainings Languages: English (able to speak Arabic language is an advantage) Soft Skill Requirements: -Excellent leadership qualities -Results oriented -Good communication skills -Excellent time management.
