****JOB VACANCY**** Job title: Administrator Area: Sheffield Salary/Hourly rate: £6.50 per hour (immediate start) Hours: 8.45am – 5pm Mon – Thurs, 8.45am – 3.45pm Friday Duration: Temp - Perm Company A Sheffield based industrial engineering company are looking to recruit an administrator to assist with general office duties, must be able to adapt to a busy office environment and be immediatley avaliable. Job Role The administrator duties include: General office duties including meet and greet Face to Face customer service Scanning documents Photocopying Emailing Filing Answering calls and taking messages Making some outbound calls and dealing with international callers. Criteria The ideal candidate will have experience of performing the above admin duties in any office environment and be familiar with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have a possitive can do attitude. Benefits Package The successful applicant will receive £6.50 per hour and excellent working hours must be available to start work immediatley, and will be eligable for pension scheme and other benifits gained from working with a large company after 12 weeks.
