Functional expertise in HRMS/Payroll/ HR Self Services 3. Specialization in HR Self Services and delivery of self services via mobile devices 4. Public Sector experience preferred 5. Skilled in Oracle EBS customizations and Self Service performance management 6. Demonstrated experience in the very large deployment of self services 7. Familiar with Oracle Application Implementation Method Oracle Hyperion Consultant: 1. 8-10 years experience in Oracle Applications 2. 3-5 years experience in Hyperion Planning, Public Sector Budgeting, Financial Reporting. 3. Functional expertise in Financials/ Budgeting/Project Accounting 4. Public Sector experience preferred 5. Skilled in Oracle EBS customizations 6. Familiar with Oracle Application Implementation Method ERP Developer 1. 6-8 years experience in Oracle EBS R12/R11 customizations, conversions and interface development 2. Well versed with Oracle 10g environment with expertise in Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, Interfaces, packages using SQL and PL/SQL 3. Broad knowledge of core technical areas of the business and accompanying functional modules of Oracle e-Business Suite R12/R11. 4. Skilled in query optimization and performance tuning 5. Expertise in Forms & Reports development 6. Familiar with Oracle Service Request process 7. Ability to integrate Oracle applications with legacy systems, non-ERP applications and external systems using XML, web services, database, and CSV 8. Working knowledge of Unix and scripting 9. Familiar with Oracle Application Implementation Method Service Management Consultant 1. 6-8 years experience in Service Delivery and production operations 2. ITIL certified and expert knowledge in ITSM processes 3. Ability to write SLAs and OLAs 4. Ability to write processes and procedures 5. Expertise in the use HP Service Manager tool 6. Familiarity with HP Open View suite 7. Demonstrated ability in current state analysis and provision of improvement recommendations 8. Ability to prepare reports for senior management 9. Proficiency in service metrics and SLA/OLA measurement 10. Familiarity with Oracle ERP 11. Strong English written and oral communication 12.
