Thus, Saung Hay Mann Construction Co., Ltd. is looking for “Talented, and highly motivated” Candidates for this position. Project Engineer/Site Engineer Qualifications – Good English (Spoken/Written) – 3++ years experience in Construction Sites in a supervisory position – Good knowledge of managing labours & materials control – Strong technical background with managerial and leadership skills – Efficient skills in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD are highly favoured – Prefer B.E(Civil) – Able to travel Duties and responsibilities: – Conduct the site survey and negotiate with the nearby traders/sellers for materials & equipment – Ensure that the project is on track with Schedule – Able to make decisions as required in urgent case to keep in line with Schedule – Plan, organize and assign different types of works to labours & Subcontractors – Plan and report requirements for manpower, materials and equipment – Carry out the project by creating a safe environment, saving wastes, and serving the clients in efficient manner – Inspect materials and equipment as installed for compliance with contract plans and specifications – Inspect the quality & quantity control for each finishing works layer-by-layer or portion-by-portion Click the following link for detailed information>>> bit.ly/1xQuNCr
