JOBS in GOLDEN LAND Project Manager / Team Leader Smilax Global is looking for a Project Manager / Team Leader who is bright and enthusiastic to help out our small, friendly and supportive Microsoft .Net solutions development team. Key Responsibilities Your main role as Project Manager / Team Leader is to ensure quality technical deliveries on their whole product portfolio through the effective management of the development team. You will be responsible for all line management of the development team, as well as the development and live infrastructures, technical processes and strategy. You will work across a broad range of projects and provide the link between the customer and the technical teams from requirements capture and interpret these into a functional specification for the development team to turn into technical designs and then managing the project through to completion. We are looking for someone with proven skills as a Project Manager who can also perform the Business Analysis role from the early stages in the project lifecycle and run it all the way through to completion. You will have experience of working in a small software house environment managing .NET software projects. Technical skills • HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, JQuery • ASP.Net, C#, Ajax, Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server 2008 • SEO and W3C Standards • Excellent C# Programmer • Strong commercial experience with the .NET Framework • Experience with unit testing, test frameworks and automated regression tools • Experience in preparing project documentations using different methodologies.
