Dulles, 356 U.S. 86, 101 (1958). Effective July 1, 2014, Missourians must content themselves with monthly state-sanctioned killings. See Mo. Sup. Ct. R. 30.30(f) (“The department of corrections shall not be required to execute more than one warrant of execution per month.”). You can’t make this stuff up. But even if you could, you really shouldn’t.
