This cannot happen .., he has over 1400 comments and shares on his thread .. READ WHAT A CARETAKER SAYS ABOUT WONDERFUL ONIX .... A volunteer writes: ONIX has a wonderful and soft eye contact. He lets me know loud and clear that way that he trusts me , accepts my caresses and soft words as well as my leash. ONIX eliminates as soon as we leave the care center. He walks like a hound, sniffing the ground, nose down and tail up in the air. He seems quite indifferent to other dogs and barked only once at a little dog that he welcomed five minutes later...He is soooo hungry and searches for food everywhere. It seems that he was not fed adequately, such a big dog! ONIX is so beautiful, though in his shiny ebony coat adorned with a milky cascade trickling down his chest. I love his still clear and lively chestnut eyes and his slightly greying muzzle. ONIX poses like a star for the pictures. He could figure in a competition for the most elegant dog. He is so classy. ONIX is obedient, comes right away when called and sits on command, shaking paw upon request. He seems very much to enjoy petting, leaning on me and pressing his head against my chest. He is a very sweet dog. ONIX was surrendered because of housing issues and also because his single owner could not afford his care anymore. ONIX has indeed a very bad ear infection, left untreated. He lived with cats that he tolerated, is very good with children, very well trained and loving. A great lap dog according to his former family who also needs his space. Dont we all do at times…? I was very much taken by ONIXs beauty and his nice disposition and behavior. He will need veterinary care but mostly proper feeding to make up for the fifteen pounds his frail body lacks and the love of a caring master.️️️️️️ NEW HOPE RESCUE INFO -APPLY TO FOSTER OR ADOPT SAVE A DOG’S LIFE TODAY! please don’t wait. Come on line if you need help If approved rescues can arrange transport for the dog 2-3 hours out of NYC. Please these are great dogs. They do not deserve to die.
