JORDAN - AMMAN - ALJAMEAA`st AL-ESSRA HOSPITAL Department of Radiology radiology report CT-scan of the neck with contrast the post contrast injection multiple axial images reveal - there is a well defined rounded thick wall homogenous fluid density cystic mass in the left side of the neck , just lateral to the left carotid artery bifurcation measuring 23x27mm , surrounded by thick soft tissue component , the mass showed minimal rim enhanc . - normal appearance of the retropharyngeal space and the parapharyngeal fat . - normal laryngeal structures . - the vascular structures of the neck appear normal . - the submandibular and parotid glands are normaly visualized . - thyroid gland appears normal . - multiple enlarged lymph nodes in the neck is detected . conclusion : these findings mostly representing infected cystic lesion with abscess formation , however if clinically indicated FNA is advisable . هـذا الــتـقـرير الـمـصيري أعـلاه بـنـتـيـجة الـتـصـوير الـطـبـقـي الـمحـوري (سي تي) لـمنـطقـة الـعـنق .. الـحمـد لـلـه تـبـيـن بـعـد الـفـحص أنَّ الـورم لـيـس خـبـيـثـاً بـل حمـيداً .. نـتـج عـن (جـمـلة الـتـهـابـات) قـاسـيـة وجـرثـومـيـَّـة وفـيـروسـيـَّـة .. واحـتـقـانـات سـبـبـها سـوء الـتـغـذيـة وقـلة الـسوائـل وأخـطـاء أخـرى كـثـيـرة . أتـذكـر فـي الإعـتـقـال الأخـيـر ( 16) يـوم .. لـم أخـرج إلـى الـحـمـام عـلى الإطـلاق .. لـم آكـل إلا الـحـلاوة الـقـذرة الـقـاسـيـة والمـلـوثـة بـآلاف الـبـكـتـيـريـات .. لـم أرى الـضـوء عـلى الإطـلاق .. قـضـيت (5) أيـام مـبـللاً بـالمـاء ومـن تـحـتـي أيـضـاً مـاء عـاريـاً بـعـد أن تـعـفـنـت ثـيـابـي فـاضـطـررت أن أتـخـلـص مـنـها .. جـلـدي صـار رقـيـقـاً لـدرجـة أنـه يـتـمـزق عـنـدمـا أحـكه . عـدا عـن جـمـيـع أنـواع الـجـراثـيـم والـبـكـتـيـريـا والـفـيـروسـات والأوسـاخ والـرطـوبة وانـعـدام الـضـوء لا طـبـيـعـي ولا صـنـاعي . وعـدا أيـضـاً عـن الـتـعـذيـب والـتـخـويـف والـهـلـع الـنـفـسي والإنـشـغـال الـفـكـري اللـحـظــي فـي (مـاذا بـعـد) . للأسـف فـور خـروجـي مـن الـسـجن ظـهـرت عـقـدة صـغـيرة أسـفل الفـك الأيـسر .. لـم يـصـاحـبـهـا أي أـلم .. لـكـنـها ثـارت فـجـأة وزاد حـجـمـها فجـأة وبـدأ ألـمـهـا فـجـأة . الـحـمـد لـلـه عـلـى كـل حـال
