JORDAN WALKER UPDATE **** 4-10-2014 Jordans had a good couple of days. Weve been focused on ordering wheelchairs, shower chairs, and other medical equipment that he will need when he gets home. It is such a pain to deal with insurance, there are so many limits on what they cover even when it is a medical necessity. Either way, the decisions have been made and orders have been placed. Jordan has been working in the tech lab choosing which adaptations will work best for him at home and for school work. There are many to pick from, he needs to trial all and decide which one works best for him. For computers he can use the eye tracking or voice activation. The teacher has been working with school. Were hoping he can catch up in summer school. Were looking forward to a weekend with grandma and grandpa , sleeping in, and relaxing.
