JOY! JOY!! JOY!!! Now the tax collectors and sinners were all gathering around to hear Jesus. 2 But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law muttered, “This man welcomes sinners and eats with them.” 3 Then Jesus told them this parable: 4 “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? 5 And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders 6 and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbours together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’ 7 I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent. The Parable of the Lost Coin 8 “Or suppose a woman has ten silver coins [ a ] and loses one. Doesn’t she light a lamp, sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it? 9 And when she finds it, she calls her friends and neighbours together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost coin.’ 10 In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” Luke 15:1-10. Friend, do you know that there is only one thing which bring joy to heaven from all the day to day activities in the world? JUST ONE thing! You may be surprise to hear this! Do you know that for somebody to be barren for sixty years and give birth to ten children at once doesnt bring joy to heaven? Do you know that for some to lost his head if possible and God replaced that head never bring joy to heaven? Do you also know that for some one to lost his hands and legs in an accident and God replace it does not bring joy to heaven? Do you know that for somebody to be healed of breast cancer, lung cancer, brain tumour, TB, HBP, HIV, AID, etc, does not bring any joy to heaven? Do you also know that if someone died for ten days and God brought Him back to life does not bring any joy to heaven? Or do you know that if you are poor, that you are so wrenched that the poor people calls you poor, and God now raises you to become a billonian does not bring joy to heaven? All these miracles mentioned above, and more greater ones could only bring joy to the earth, but cant bring joy to heaven! But the only thing that the bible recorded that brings joy to heaven is the greatest miracle that will ever happen to any one! And that is repentance from sins! Jesus says, ...Joy shall be in heaven over one sinners that repents... Luke 15:7. Immediately somebody said he is not following satan and forsakes is sinful habits, and turn to Jesus, bell will ring in heaven! Joy will fill every where, they will jubilate and dance! Jesus said repeatedly, ...there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repents. Luke 15:10. Therefore, all the things that brings joy to the world never bring joy to heaven, the only thing that brings joy to heaven is when hell is de populated and heaven is populated, that is when someone is genuinely repents from all sinful ways and genuinely turn to Jesus! Friend, is your salvation so genuine that heaven have rejoiced over you? Or you are the type that fall and rise, fall and rise all the time in sin? God already knows that you are not a serious type! Because, until heaven rejoices over you through genuine repentance, you cant make heaven! Heaven is for those whose heaven have rejoices over when they repented and come to Jesus while on earth! And never went back to that sins again! Judas Iscariot, followed Jesus for over three years as a member, disciple, and executive in Jesus Ministry while on earth. But he never repented from his sin! He was a thief before he came to Jesus, and still remained a thief after hearing hot messages of Jesus, he never repented! And he died as a thief! Friend, no one ever come to Jesus neat, or clean! We all came to Jesus dirty with loads of sins, but no matter the sins any one committed, he will be forgiven if the repentance is genuine! Repentance and salvation in Christ is so important to God that no one can get to heaven outside of it! Who ever comes to this world, and failed to pass through repentance and got saved by Jesus will face the music after death! Friend, Jesus came to this world in the forms of man to save us from sins, because the entire race of man, be you, white, black, and red, were sinners right from the womb of Adam and Eve! Romans 3:23. And the sins we committed in them was to take us to eternal death to hell. Romans 6:23. That is why the bible says the wages of sins is death! That is, the sins we committed in Adam and Eve had programmed us for eternal separation from God! that is, we were to die and go to eternal torments in the lake of fire! But Jesus paid the price of our going to hell, he took our position in sins. 2Corinthians 5:21. The bible says, And the time of ignorance God winked at; but now commands all men every where to repent. Acts 17:30. That is, God will always over look the past sins of every one that repents from their sins! Therefore friend, when will heaven rejoice over you? Or has heaven ever rejoice over you? Those who are in serious torments in hell fire now are there because they never repented when they had the chances to do so while they were still living here, to allowed heaven to rejoice over them! The truth is, there is no any one that will passes through this world that God will not give chances to repent at any point in time! But some aborted it, they wasted the grace of God, and later died in sins! Friend, another truth is that, God will never, and can never be at fault or be guilty over any one that meet himself or herself in hell! Those who goes to hell wasted the opportunities and chances given to them by God to repent! That is why hell is full of regrets, had I know, they pray twenty four seven, they cry for mercy, it is too late! They wasted their chances and opportunity to repent! Luke 16:19-31. Dear friend, in case you have not repented from your sinful, and corrupt ways, this is another chance for you to repent, it is never late to do so now! But it may be late after death! Do you know the day of your death! It is good to confess that I shall not die! But no one on earth knows when he is going to die! That is why tomorrow may be too late, repent now and invite Jesus into your life, and establish your self in a good bible believing church, and live your life for Jesus in holiness and righteousness!
