Rates today holding steady. Same as yesterday. We did see a dip in the yield to 2.49%. so the trend looks down to me. At the moment the yield on the 10yr note is 2.51%. The down trend could continue for months or it could turn around very quickly. There are going to be more changes to qualifing requirements soon, which I hear may make it tougher for some, so NOW is the time to act on a refi....
