JUNIOR PA/TEAM ASSISTANT Permanent Opportunity Based in Sydney CBD Global Professional Services Firm This leading global organisation is seeking a Junior Personal Assistant to join their Tax Services Team in the capacity of Personal/Team Assistant. Based in the CBD this role would see you supporting 3 senior partners within the Tax Department as well as the wider team. Your responsibilities in this role will include traditional PA duties such as travel arrangements, diary management and meeting/event coordination. However, you will also be required to liaise with clients on behalf of the Partners, process expenses and provide general administrative support to the team. They are seeking someone who is extremely driven and motivated who will integrate well into the dynamic and collaborative culture of the team. You will be an extremely team-oriented person however, still able to work autonomously. As you will constantly liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a crucial component to success in the role as is a willingness to learn and embrace opportunities for development.
