JUST ARRIVED AT THE MONTECITO PET SHOP! “Carlton” is the cutest black and white tuxedo boy to pass through RESQCATS this year. He has everything going for him! He is sweet, playful, doesn’t meet a stranger and well, purr-fect! He will adjust easily in a new home…in fact, he may just take over being in charge in a day or two! He is that out-going! He was found during a trap-neuter-release job in Santa Maria with no mother in sight. He was only about four weeks old and he definitely needed to be rescued! He was taken into foster care where he was cared for and loved to the hilt which explains why he is so out-going! He loves to play (be sure to check out his video on RESQCATS Facebook page…that says it all!) For those of you who follow us on Facebook…he the brother of Clarabelle, Camille, and Carsyn—the kittens that all had to have serious eye surgeries to correct entropic eyelashes that grew the wrong way and could have caused a lot of damage if not corrected. Luckily, Carlton did not have to go through that. He checked out fine on everything: vet exam, fecal exam, Felv’FIV test and he is wormed, received his first FVRCP vaccination and is neutered and micro-chipped. He is available for adoption through RESQCATS at The Montecito Pet Shop on the Mesa at 2020 Cliff Drive (next to Albertson’s) The number for the shop is 965-6780.
