JUST GOT SOME WONDERFUL AMAZING NEWS!! I am in utter shock! The road through my personal valley of despair has finally reached the end of an extremely Uphill Mountain I just got the results for Fannie Mae regarding my Senior Citizen underwater resolution home modification My payments are now almost 1. $400.00 less than they were. No payment due until Feb st. 2. All of my late charges, finace charges and interest owed on these charges are forgiven. 3. Best part.. All of the principal payments that I was behind have been moved to the end of the loan Ill be dead by then Other than my kids and grandkids that I have been a walking stress machine around this last year, I desperately need to thank 4 specific people. 1st Thank you Lou Gearing for everything you have done to help me get through this extremely rough road and telling me over and over that it will work out, you arnt going anywhere For the loan, love, and never-ending friendship. I am so blessed to have you in my corner. 2nd, Bill and Patsy Meacham for helping me through the water heater ordeal and giving me faith and the courage to Rise above it this past year. 3rd, Thanks Gwen Neely Tilton for listining and getting it, Offering to let me Move into your living room if I loose my house.... You are one Hell of a friend and you are so extremely appreciated Thanks to my best Pal Alvin for giving me a reason to fight the Pigs at Nationstar Mortgage and not just cave! AND ESPECIALLY TO PRESIDENT OBAMMA!! for keeping this campaign promise to Senior citizens!!! I am one extremely HAPPY M.F right now!!!! And thanks to all of you for the support and advice this last year... like I said.. I am in shock.. What a weight lifted! She is one tough Woman and has no tolerance for fly by night two bit mortgagae companys trying to Bully youout of your home! You have to be 55 years old.
