JUST MY THOUGHT—A NEW APPROACH THE NATION IS AT WAR, A VIRAL WAR! Now we do know what measures are put in place in such a situation. I believe the Government is under-scored in this fight and has done little to assuredly give the Liberian people more reason in FIGHTING EBOLA. This is a two-way scenario on both the part of Government and the Lay-man[Liberians]. Why the Government? 1. Any Nation would have prepared its bounders an AEON while ago after news of Ebola outbreak in neighboring Minor River Basin Region. 2. Political Differences have put us in a detrimental position wherein prominent Leaders have a strong denial of the existence of Ebola thereby creating DIVIDED BELIEF within the citizenry. 3.Reluctance of Health Workers in the dispensary of Health Services to Victims have even long before been of the reason of LOW SALARY or PROLONGED SALARY PAYMENT, so the EBOLA thing just adds it up because of fear. 4. GOL made a huge mistake by causing massive hysteria amongst the people when all the facts hadnt been filed on the Virus[where there is Hysteria/panic people do what they think is necessary for themselves which is equal to spreading or multiplying the virulence]. 5. Why is the Regime not welling to take another approach? Instituting a STATE OF EMERGENCY where in all other unessential activities can be suspended so that a robust directory of Governments full attention can be concentrated in TACKLING the Epidemic from all over. Why is it equally on the part of the LAY-MAN? 1. DENIAL that we spoke of earlier. If you will take a Political Maneuvered Statement as true to the detriment of your own life and lives of your loved ones and country men, then that is an Utter Inanity, let me put it straight, STUPIDITY! I now believe the adage that says, Common sense is not common to the common people. 2. Government in her weak ways have cautioned you of Massive Public Gatherings but yet, you still believe its Politics at its highest. RIDICULOUS! Going around speaking harangues at ATTAI SHOPS saying I am from UL. The withdrawals of these Air-lines are clear signals that we are being left in our own Problem, However, we can not continue to dwell on who is responsible or not, now it is high time we came together and strategized EFFICACE methods in this fight. WHAT MUST GOVERNMENT DO? If State of Emergency isnt an Option of which I believe is the best in this situation, than just other common strategies can do the Job. 1. For the fact that you have made researched and claimed that the Virus is from Bush Animals, I think Instituting an PROTECTIVE SPECIES POLICY but not in a sense of preventing extinction but for reducing the risk of contamination by killing and eating bush-meats. 2. Robust Medical Attention 3. Recruiting Community Dwellers as Provisional Care Givers in overseeing mini-community facilities or Ebola Prevention Centers considering reduced number of Health Workers. 4. Media Sensitization(The True Story) 5.The Religious Community Involvement 6. Schools too can play a pivotal role in spreading the Awareness 7. Families, the nuclei of the Society must insure the safety of its members 8. Halt every Traveling between Liberia and neighboring regions[Minor River Basin]. 9. Because of Economic reasons, you may not want to Halt Airport Activities, so, Have EBOLA PREVENTION TEAM on site at the Air-port. Now, what is most important, is one ACCORD on the existence of the Virus and the Fight against it. If we can all agreed EBOLA is real against our individual political ideologies, I believe we can fight and win this VIRAL WAR.
