JUSTIN Encounter in Vilgam Handwara Srinagar, March 10: An encounter is going on in Vilgam, Handwara between Joint Operational Party of Police, Army and militants. On a specific information regarding presence of militants, a cordon and search operation was launched at Malikpora, in the jurisdiction of Police Station Vilgam, Handwara by Police and 6RR.
