James 1:20 For mans anger does not promote the rightoeusness of God [wishes and requires] It is not easy to avoid getting angry but we can control how we react when we are angry.We need to avoid reacting negatively when we are angry inorder to promote the righteousness of God.the bible says anger rest in the bossom of a fool.i dont want to be a fool so by Gods grace, I will avoid getting angry or reacting negatively when I am coz decisuons taken are this time are most often unwise and always end in regret.What about u???may the Lord help us all in Jesus Name.
