A chinese is a chinese is a chinese, you and everybody else know that. The change should be for all Filipinos who were born on or before July 4, 1945, our independence from America, and after July 4, 1945 except Filipino citizens of chinese parents before or after July 4, 1945 or naturalized Filipino citizens of chinese descent. The Chinese are the number 1 problem in the Philippines. They were never the solution to our economy, they stole our economy. The Spaniards left, the Americans left. Spain for a while was generous with Filipino immigration, USA still continue to open Filipino immigration. Is China, Hongkong, Taiwan doing this? These chinese would never leave because they are all billionaires now at our expense. Something has to be done.
