James LeBron lists Miami home for sale: James bought the house, at 3590 Crystal View Court in Miamis Coconut Grove, for $9 million in 2010, his first year with the Heat. If he obtains the $17 million asking price, he would nearly double that. Talk about a signing bonus. The home, built in 2010, has six bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms and docks for two 60-foot yachts. The bayside home totals 16,678 square feet, including a chef’s kitchen, wine cellar, custom theater, generator, guest home and rooftop sun deck. It also has a summer kitchen outside and an infinity-edge pool. James said in his famous Sports Illustrated essay announcing his return to Cleveland: “I will always think of Miami as my second home.” He just won’t keep a second home here.
