Jamestown NY Sighting: Around 5pm today, 12/1 st, I saw a dog lose running crossing Charles St. and headed west on Dearborn St. I followed this little dog (black fur, with white chest fur and a red collar) which I thought might be like a minature Scottie. I called the police but dog catcher off duty. They said they would send a car to my location but keeping up this dog kept me moving. I followed around Delaware, State, Hazelton, Grandin. McKinley, and finally on Barretg Ave. So many people stopped to try and help me catch him, which I really appreciated. A woman came along and said she knew the dog, TJ, but he just would not be caught. The police officer came to me after I called again cause the dog would go out in traffic and almost got hit 3 times. He said he appreciated the time I had spent but he would go looking and try to met up witht the woman. I pray he was caught (PJ?)
