Jana Sena or Jana Sena Party is a political party in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India, founded by actor in Telugu movies, Pawan Kalyan. Jana Sena means People’s Army.The party logo and colours are his admiration for revolutionaries like Che Guevara and several other influential leaders. History: He met election commission on March 10, 2014 and submitted an application for registering the party name., as the registration process takes more than 4 months. The process to register the party is initiated. Ideology: The partys founder Pawan Kalyan is disgruntled with the current crop of politicians and high corruption in high places, and wants to give a clean and selfless governance with great emphasis on citizen participation and nation building. Vision: Socio-political Mr. Kalyan and Jana Sena is committed to society and through society, committed to creating a balanced socio-political reality. Justice and Balance Where there is no justice, there is no civilisation. Injustice is a reality of life, but we must fight it and ensure that our society does not become a symbol of injustice. Launch: Pawan Kalyan has formally launched the party at HICC (Hyderabad International Conevention Centre) Madhapur on 14 March 2014. He announced his political plans through live Telecast and webcast. Over 6,000 fans were to be allowed inside the venue. Pawan Kalyan spoke for more than two hours. The party will contest elections in residual Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states. Support: He was supported by ace director, Ram Gopal Varma, who tweeted in favour of the party. Kalyan had a maximum support from young and energetic youth all over Andhra Pradesh. Aims and objectives: 1.Create greater political representation that is just and balanced, especially with youth of our nation. 2.Create a disciplined force of people that can harness the great potential of every member of our society. 3.Unite all people with lasting ideals of our nation rather than political expediency. The white background The white background on which it stands signifies the peace and stability of several thousands of years of Indian civilisation and culture. The colour Red The Emblem itself is in the colour red, which signifies revolution. A deep and true change from within, yet the story of that change is told on the stable background of our ancient nation. The six-pointed Star The star in the Emblem is a six pointed star that signifies the 6 ideals of our party. The six ideals are mixed with our blood as we are sons and daughters of those ideals handed down to us from several generations.
