Janell shared..Hi there. I am reaching out to you all because my 10 month old daughter will have a double amputation of the legs in 22 days. She was born with limb differences in all four extremities. I am to the point where I cry everyday and Im ready to ask my doctor for some medication for anxiety because I feel like I cant do this. Im beyond terrified. Are there any parents out there with advice? Is this where I could come for advice? I know in my heart this is her chance to walk and live a full life, and if you knew her you would know how ready she is to be on new feet. But I havent been able to control my fear and depression and sadness despite that. Thank you.
