(for those indicating either date would work, we added them to the 10th, as there were not enough people to qualify the 24th.) *** A couple of people indicated they will be there, but did not specify any date, just said they will be there. Please review the email responses on this page to ensure our calculations are correct. All of the names and dates are embedded in the posts, with the exception of those contacting Sheila directly. If you know of others planning on attending, please post the names on this page and advise them of the necessary check to be sent to Sheila prior to May 7. 4. MAY 10 IS THE FINAL DATE 5. If you still wish to attend, please send your check to Sheila for $42.00 prior to May 7. Sheila must have your check by May 7 in order to reserve the room. Per Santa Anita policy, 50% of cost must be submitted on day of reservation. If you are bringing anyone else, please let us know and make your check in the amount according to the number of people you will be bringing. 6. If you decide not to attend, notify Sheila prior to the 7th. Sheila will void your check and you will not be charged. 7. There are people needing to purchase airline tickets, so please let Sheila know before the 8th. If there is not at least 15 people attending, the room cannot be reserved and your checks will be voided by Sheila. You can call Sheila at 909-374-4029 for her address. It will be most appropriate to have all checks go to her since she is managing the money and reservations. 8. We certainly appreciate your cooperation and do understand this event is much different than the NWI. Your requests for change in venue has obviously changed the process to a formal reservation process rather than the casual NWI where people were free to come if they wished without having to pay upfront. If this event does not seem to be as comfortable as NWI, your wishes will again be taken seriously and the venue choice for future events will be left to the majority once again. 9. Thank you again for your prompt responses and helping with gathering information necessary to arrange this event. *Due to the total change in this event, the usual team was not called to help. Sheila has taken on the responsibility of managing this herself. She does a great job as you all know. I only volunteered to help with the posts and tracking for Sheila.
