*** January is Muscle building month at Dojo HIIT (Participants of that class, please keep an eye on the group page for that program, for more details)*** Normally, when I build a special program, I aim it towards fat loss. I have been asked in the past to build one aimed at muscle growth, and have decided that such a thing would be a great kick off for our new year at Dojo HIIT. Now, muscle building does not mean getting all super bulky. That is called months and months of concentrated effort. Not what we are aiming for here. What we are aiming for, is: - 3-5 pound gain in lean muscle - 3-10 pound shred of body fat - Very noticeable strength gains .....all over the course of 30 days.
